Third Sunday Dinner Theatre

April 21 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

The play Sunday, April 21, will be “The Revolutionists,” by Lauren Gunderson. It’s a comedy/satire with four women during the French Revolution – important social commentary for modern time! Directed by Hollie Brubaker. Host Andie Jackson. Isabella Augusta, Lady Gregory was an Anglo-Irish dramatist, folklorist and theatre manager. With William Butler Yeats and Edward Martyn, she co-founded the Irish Literary Theatre and the Abbey Theatre, and wrote numerous short works for both companies. (Wikipedia)

How it works: We gather in the Becker Room at 5:30 p.m. for appetizers. Act I begins a little before 6 p.m. After Act I we eat dinner. Then we watch Act II; then have dessert. The actors will have had one rehearsal, which is a read-through. Everyone else is the audience.

Everyone should BRING one of the following: appetizer; main dish or salad; dessert. Also BYOB. Please RSVP to Andie Jackson, andreajackson568@gmail.com, so we know how many to expect. And say what component of the meal you’ll bring, so we can try to keep them in balance.
