Event Series Event Series (See All)

We will change our emphasis from two movements to connecting the four movements we have been learning: push, slanting flying style, green dragon, and ward off, rollback, press, neutralize, push. This is the short form taught by Gabriel Chen. We will practice with different styles.

Tai chi meets on Zoom every Friday morning at 9 a,m., using the Ethical STL ID, 395 547 1091. Everyone is welcome to join our tai chi class and there is no charge. You do not have to be an Ethical Society member. Class is appropriate for beginners and the more experienced.

There is a tai chi email list. If you would like to get notices and information, please email beere1db@cmich.edu. Don Beere is the teacher. He has been learning, practicing and teaching tai chi for over 50 years, and depending on how one counts, 60 years.

All previous Zoom classes are available on the tai chi page of his website, www.donaldbeere.com. Anyone who would like to learn tai chi can use those videos.
