Tai Chi will resume on Friday, August 6, 10 am, on Zoom. Class will continue to meet at this same time and day during August. We will continue learning and practicing the First Part of the Yang Secret Long Form as taught by H H Lui. All of the previous Zoom classes are available on the Tai Chi page of Don Beere’s website, www.donaldbeere.com. Don has been learning, practicing and teaching Tai Chi for over 45 years. All are welcome. You do not have to be an Ethical Society member to participate. There is no charge.
