Please join the Randy Holmes Quintet in concert at the Ethical Society on the occasion of his 75th birthday, 7 p.m., Monday, October 9. Personnel of the quintet will comprise: Carolbeth True (piano), Larry Smith (tenor sax), Eric Warren (bass), Kevin Gianino (drums)—and Randy Holmes (trumpet). Our good friend/colleague Kim Fuller will sing a few songs as well. There is no admission charge, but a suggested donation of $10 per adult (to compensate my musical band of brothers —and sisters) would be much appreciated.
