With James Croft moving on from the Society after eight productive years, we are entering a new phase with new leadership. The Board has created a team to start the search for our next Leader, who might be an Interim. You probably have some questions:

• What is the Board looking for in a Leader?
• When would someone start?
• Why would we seek an Interim Leader?
• How will this affect the Society budget?

If you have questions like this, or others related to this leadership transition, please come to a Board-hosted Town Hall meeting at noon after Platform in the Auditorium on October 23.

The Board and the Search Team will answer as many of your questions as possible, and they will have questions for you about what you want as well.
