Details and Deadline for July Convergence Event

Attached below are the final details for the July Camping event in Kentucky. We originally had planned the event to be optionally as large as five full days, but various factors forced us to scale the outing back to a Friday to Sunday event. Despite that, we are still very excited about this!

In order to reserve campgrounds, the deadline to notify Stuart Morse that you are intending to participate is Monday, July 1 at 6 pm (contact him directly if you know his information or email EthicalNav@gmail.com if you do not, and we will forward the message to him). We need a minimum number of 24 to make the trip work. If we do not make 24 by the deadline, we will be cancelling the trip and working on a more local option for that weekend.
